Centerfield City was founded in the 1860's and is located 120 miles south of Salt Lake City, in Central Utah. Centerfield City is located in the southern end of Sanpete County, and is part of the Gunnison Valley. Other cities in the Gunnison Valley are Gunnison, Axtell, Fayette, and Mayfield. Centerfield City is a rural community with a high quality of life.
